Functional principle of the machine
First a hose is extruded which then welds the hose by means of a punching wheel located in the center.
this procedure produces open labyrinth channels.
the hose is separated in the center, and both hoses are simultaneously packed on coils.
this production principle allows for high production rates at minimum and homogeneous material inventory. moreover, no further production units such as drip emitters are required.
